The Pre-visit email is sent out before the date of arrival/rental. The pre-visit email can be used for multiple purposes:

 

General reminder of the reservation date/time
Practical information such as what to bring or meet up location (requires customization)
Weather information with link to weather.com (requires customization)
Payment information if additional or full payment is required prior to arrival (requires customization)

 

The standard pre-visit email is sent out 7 days before the booking/rental date and contains a “we look forward to seeing you” message. You can use this email or you can create your own email templates.
