The Pre-visit email is sent out before the date of arrival/rental. The pre-visit email can be used for multiple purposes:
| ▪ | General reminder of the reservation date/time |
| ▪ | Practical information such as what to bring or meet up location (requires customization) |
| ▪ | Weather information with link to weather.com (requires customization) |
| ▪ | Payment information if additional or full payment is required prior to arrival (requires customization) |
The standard pre-visit email is sent out 7 days before the booking/rental date and contains a “we look forward to seeing you” message. You can use this email or you can create your own email templates.
