Email and Print Templates
WebReserv offers standard email notifications that will automatically send to customers when a reservation is made, modified, or cancelled. Depending on your account level, you also have the ability to customize these standard templates. The system comes with Email and Print templates. See a complete list of templates available below. Email Templates

Purpose |

This email notification is used if you do not auto confirm your reservations. It will indicate in the Status line that the reservation is Pending. |

This email notification is sent when a customer makes a reservation and you have indicated in the setup that all reservations are confirmed upon booking. |

This email notification will be sent to a customer when their reservation is cancelled. It will indicate in the Status line that the reservation is Cancelled. |

This email notification will be sent if an existing reservation is declined by the business. Possible reasons for a decline is limited availability or cancelled trip/tour. |

This email notification is used as an additional notification to customers prior to their arrival. It is usually used to prepare and remind your customers about their upcoming reservation. The default pre-visit email is sent 7 days prior to the date of arrival. |

This email notifications is sent after your customers leave your place of business. It includes a link to write a review and thanks them for their reservation. |

The email notification will get sent to the business whenever a customer makes a reservation in the system. |
|
This email notification is a reminder to the business that there is an upcoming reservation. |
|
This is a print form includes reservation and payment details for individual reservations in the system. It can be used to print for record keeping. |
Important! Some templates may not be available in your account, depending on the account level. Go to Administration - Features in your account to see what templates are offered at your account level. |
Creating new templates
In addition to the pre-defined templates, you can create your own custom templates. This feature allows you to customize emails and print forms to work exactly as you want it for your business. See the section on Creating a new Template for instructions and tips.
