The Declined Reservation email is sent when a reservation is rejected or declined by the business. The email can be used if you had to block off availability after the reservation was made and want to inform the customer that the reservation cannot be confirmed for the requested dates.  The standard email is shown below.

 

You can use this email or you can create your own email templates.

 

Note: The Declined Reservation email is not active by default. To use this email, you must select it under Automatic Email Notifications in the Product setup.
